Customers
Pushing a customer record between the two applications allows a single entry to be done versus multiple entries by different departments.

Invoices
You can push invoices between the two applications allowing creation and
modification by multiple departments.

Payment and Balances
You can push payment information to QuickBooks ensuring your accounting and balances are up-to-date. (Available with the Advanced Integration.)

** Macintosh integrations require one instance of Windows and QuickBooks for Windows.
